A Cozy Apartment
We designed this duplex apartment in the heart of the city Delhi in year 2020. It's a three bedroom house, for a family of five members. We have created an entertainment area in the upper floor lounge, where whole family can sit and enjoy watching movies or other shows on a big screen via a projector hung from the ceiling. We have placed around a dozen of speakers in whole apartment, evenly installed in whole of the house with a dedicated control unit for each speaker. Although every area was meticulously planned but one staircase that leads from the living room to upper floor bedrooms is the hero section of whole of the project. It is a cantilever staircase, without any support in the middle. The steel steps were covered with solid teakwood with a glass railing.
