Terms and Conditions for Turnkey Interior Design Services

Welcome to Spacia Interiors!

These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between Spacia Interiors (“we”, “us” , or “our”) and our clients (“you”, or “your”) regarding our turnkey interior design services. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Scope of Services
We offer renovation services for both residential and commercial properties, which may include  but are not limited to:
 Interior and Exterior Renovations
 Space Planning and Design
 Construction and Remodeling
 Installation of Fixtures and Finishes
 Project Management
The specific scope of work will be detailed in your project proposal.

2. Client Responsibilities
 Information Provision: You agree to provide accurate and timely information necessary
for the successful completion of the project.
 Access to Space: You grant us access to the project site during business hours to carry
out our services.
 Decisions and Approvals: You will review and approve design concepts, materials, and
other decisions in a timely manner.

3. Project Proposal and Fees
 Estimates: All project proposals will include a detailed scope of work and an estimated
budget. Any changes to the scope may result in additional costs.
 Payment Terms: A deposit is required before work begins, with remaining payments
due at specified project milestones. Payment methods will be outlined in the project
proposal.

4. Change Orders
Any changes or additions to the original scope of work must be documented and agreed upon in
writing. Change orders may affect the project timeline and budget.

5. Timeline and Delays
We will provide an estimated timeline for project completion. While we strive to meet deadlines,
we are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to
supplier delays, client decisions, or weather-related issues.

 

6. Intellectual Property
All designs, documents, and materials created by Spacia Interiors remain the property of the
Company until full payment is received. Clients receive a limited license to use these materials
for their intended purpose.

7. Liability Limitations
While we take great care in delivering our services, Spacia Interiors is not liable for any indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited
to the amount paid for the services rendered.

8. Warranties
We offer a warranty on our workmanship for a period of one year from the completion date. This
warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, but does not include damage due to
misuse, neglect, or natural wear and tear.

9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information exchanged
during the project.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts in
Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising therefrom.
